FIND A TENANT ONLY ​

We find and reference the tenants and you manage your own property directly with your tenants and manage the rental payments. 

Initial set up fee per tenancy of £549 plus VAT no monthly fee.

  • Full Property marketing including all three major property portals – Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket

  • Accompanied viewings

  • Fully referencing the tenants

  • Includes the Tenancy Agreement

  • Includes the Inventory/Schedule of Condition

  • Processing the Tenants Deposit into the DPS & then transfer to Landlords DPS account.

  • Processing the 1st month’s rent for Landlord ADDITIONAL FEES

  • Annual Deposit Dispute Service Charge £36+VAT

  • Additional Property Visits £25+VAT

  • Insurance claim handling fee: 10%+VAT  of cost of works.

  • Professional hourly rate £50+VAT per hour

  • Re-signing fee: £50+VAT payable where The Agent, with your agreement, arranges a renewal of tenancy to an existing tenant.

FIND A TENANT & RENT COLLECTION​

We find and reference the tenants plus collect the monthly payments. You manage the maintenance/repairs of the property yourself.

Initial set up fee per Tenancy is £0 to pay upfront. £350 plus VAT payable from the 1st months rent plus 8.0% plus VAT of each monthly rent.

FULL MANAGEMENT​

We find and reference the tenants, collect the monthly payments plus fully manage the maintenance/repairs/tenancy through the contract term.​

Initial set up fee per tenancy is £0 to pay upfront, £289 plus VAT payable from the 1st months rent plus 9.0% plus VAT of each monthly rental.

PREMIUM MANAGEMENT​

Our Premium Management Service is our most sort after service providing our landlords with total freedom and zero stress over any extras that may be required throughout the tenancy period. The premium management option includes the same as the fully manage service plus a very in-depth tenant referencing process for all tenants (two tenants included £87.50 plus VAT for each tenant there after), guaranteed rental payment insurance ensuring you will always receive the rental figure should a tenant miss any payments, annual boiler servicing included FREE, All certificates included FREE (Gas, Electrical, EPC), FREE fire alarms (up to 2 alarms), FREE Co2 alarm (receive 1 alarm) FREE first hours labour for electrical/gas/boiler/water repairs, up to 3 separate callouts per month (1 hours labour up to £75p/h covered). FREE check in/out inventory.

Initial set up fee per Tenancy of £199 plus VAT up front payment. £350 plus VAT payable from the 1st months rent. 13.00% plus VAT of each monthly rental.

Cancellation

Where Full Management or Rent Collection service is cancelled during the tenancy (including any fixed extensions, or periodic stages) a fee of £300 (£250 plus VAT) will be payable. We will require at least one tenancy months notice.

A withdrawal fee of £90 (£75 plus VAT) will be charged in the event of a let being agreed verbally but prior to the tenancy agreement being signed. The withdrawal fee is to cover the costs incurred by the agent in obtaining references, attending viewings and travel expenses.
